Customer Value Analysis amongst Polymer Resin Processors in Europe

A series of interview programmes on behalf of a number of leading petrochemical companies. These focussed on procurement practices, resin needs, buyer selection criteria and satisfaction levels with existing suppliers. Market coverage included polystyrene and polyethylene resin, for all process types and resin qualities. Survey sizes ranged from 300 to 600 across the whole of Europe and involved talking with financial and technical decision-makers.
