Bi-Annual Brand Awareness and Usage Tracking Surveys across Dental Professionals in Europe and Asia-Pacific
This tracking study for a leading manufacturer of oral healthcare products was designed to measure the effectiveness of their marketing programme targeting dental professionals. Initially across three European countries, monitoring work expanded to include a further three European countries and three markets in the Asia-Pacific region. The objectives were to capture unprompted and prompted awareness of electric toothbrush brands at dental practices, whilst also gaining a detailed understanding of brand preferences, recommendation levels, sell-through potential, key drivers and obstacles in the marketplace. Reporting included detailed segmentation analysis, plus wave-on-wave comparisons.
