Case StudiesQuarterly Tracking across European Users of International Express Services.
This three-year monitoring programme for one of the world’s leading integrators covered ten European countries amounting to 8,400 interviews per annum. Core key marketing indicators (brand awareness, usage, selection criteria etc) are tracked, together with variable questions about future product feature needs and carrier satisfaction levels. Findings are reported quarterly as a series of trend charts and European country comparisons. The results are presented at quarterly country management meetings, in order to assess brand share movements for selected competitors, decisions about new product launches and trends in user needs. |
