Andrew Lester & Associates Limited have held the ISO 9001:2000 and BSI 7911 quality certifications relating to research management since 1996 and 2000, respectively. In October 2007, we completed the transition from BS7911:2003 to ISO20252:2006.

All our data collection, data processing and delivery procedures conform to or exceed these standards. The CATI system provides automated checking and daily monitoring facilities, however, we will also run visual quality checks on results and this can involve re-calls where necessary.

Andrew Lester & Associates Limited believes in the total transparency of its research and data validation procedures, and welcomes visiting clients to witness the quality of day-to-day operations at any time. Project Management staff are members of ESOMAR and MRS, whose Codes of Conduct we follow.
