Mrs Kozlowska joined Andrew Lester & Associates in 1990 and is responsible for managing all telephone-based research projects, day-to-day field operations, research staff selection and training. With more than 20 years logistics and transport management experience Mrs Kozlowska's specialist skills include international project management within multi-cultural environments, CATI and paper-based telephone market research, questionnaire set-up and design, interviewing techniques, interviewer training and development.
