Dental Healthcare Research Contract

Andrew Lester & Associates Limited have won a new contract to conduct telephone interviews with dental professionals. Covering most of the Western European countries, we will ask dentists and hygienists about their usage and recommendation patterns of various types of dental consumables and products.

The survey will take advantage of our vast experience from researching the dental market and our extensive and up-to-date in-house database of dental practices.

Andrew Lester & Associates Limited completes the transition from BS7911:2003 to ISO20252:2006

Having been accredited the BSISO 9001 since 1996 and BS7911 since 2000 quality standards, we are delighted to announce that we have just completed the transition from BS7911:2003 to ISO20252:2006.

ISO 20252:2006 establishes the terms and definitions as well as the service requirements for organizations and professionals conducting market, opinion and social research.

BSI Management Systems UK carried out its assessment on 22 October 2007. All areas assessed during the course of the visit were found to be effective and there were no outstanding issues/nonconformities to review from previous assignments and no new issues or nonconformities were identified during this assessment.

Busy 4th Quarter ...

In addition to repeat business from our regular customers, Andrew Lester & Associates Limited enjoy extraordinary in-flow of contracts for the 4th quarter.

This includes contracts for UK and European fieldwork, data processing and multi-variate analysis/reporting.

Projects include usage and recommendation studies, on-line recruitment projects, customer satisfaction analysis, screening and customer profiling projects across all our core sectors including dental care, medical, pharmaceutical healthcare and logistics, agricultural, tourism and industrial materials.

Significant changes to structure and operations

We have restructured our organisation and operations this year. The core of this development has been the selection of professional and cost-efficient co-operation partners in the UK and abroad.

This development has not only increased our geographical reach, improved our analytical and reporting capability, reduced lead times and cut cost, but also provided us with close to unlimited field and reporting capacity. For our customers this development means a better, quicker turnaround and more streamlined management of their projects.

Global consumer study

Andrew Lester & Associates Limited is proud to announce the signing of a new contract to conduct a consumer study on three continents.

Calling households literally 24/5 from our 60 seat CATI centre in Wallingford - and of course using mother-tongue interviewers - the survey covered the Americas (Mexico, Venzuela and the USA), Europe (Germany, UK and Italy) and Asia (China and Japan).

Andrew Lester & Associates Limited establish successful co-operation with partner in Bulgaria and Romania

Using new Internet/CATI technology, the interviewers are physically located in Eastern Europe but are working on our CATI system here in Wallingford via a high speed broadband connection just as if they were located in another room. We manage all programming, sample, coding and data delivery centrally as well as daily and final quality control. Thus, we are able to offer our customers very competitive CATI field research without any loss of quality.
