which has traded since 1986 as a partnerhip became a Limited liability
company registered in England, trading as Andrew Lester &
Associates Limited, registration number 5625975. The cahnge has
been made purely for administrtaive reason and to help in the
company's continued growth.

Acquisitions in the freight and logistics arena. |

The IPC board and shareholders
decide that the IPC Market Intelligence System will become a self-funded
project. At the same time it is decided that the system shall
not only continuously feed supporting members with data on the
international outbound express courier market, but also on the
outbound letters and parcels markets. |

win a £240,000 contract to develop a software and data collection
package to collect key market intelligence data on behalf of the
International Post Corporation. |

to draw up a concept for the development of a global Market Intelligence
System on behalf of Brussels-based International Post Corporation
(IPC), an association of 21 postal operators in Europe, North
America and Asia. |
